OPEN SPACE LANDSCAPING MAP
The District maintains approximately 29.2 acres of open space land situated throughout the Retreat. The District also owns and is responsible for maintaining two storm water detention areas (which collect the storm water runoff from the streets) - located at (1) the south end of the neighborhood - south end of Torrisdale View and (2) west side of the neighborhood - west end of Clarin View
Generally, the District contracts with a landscape company to maintain the landscaping on the open spaces and mow the native open space areas. The District's landscape contractor generally maintains the landscaping in the open spaces between May and October each year.
