Other Representatives

Please note that residents of the Retreat elect representatives to the following special district boards:

  • Banning Lewis Ranch Metro District No 5
  • Academy School District No 20
  • Pines Peak Library District
  • Southeastern Colorado Water Conservancy District

Also, in addition to the District 6 representative on Colorado Springs City Council, residents also participate in the election of three at-large City Council representatives (currently filled by Lynette Crow-Iverson, David Leinweber and Brian Risley).

At the County level, residents also elect the county assessor, county clerk and recorder, corner, sheriff, surveyor and treasurer -- all to 4-year terms of office.

Finally, at the state level, residents also participate in the election of the State Governor and, at the Federal level, the President and Vice President of the United States.
