General Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any legal action shall be brought in state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the District.
